
May 2012 – 30 day challenge with Keri, Jax & Suzie
Day 8 - Saturday May 19 - Suzie, Sometimes we get stuck in a routine. At work, I tend to work up front in executive class and just recently I had to work at the back and as funny as this video is, it was good for me to get out of my rut. Today at class my "usual" spot in the front row was not available - so I had to change up my routine and go to the second row. It made me wonder why I have a usual spot anyway???? I am very nearsighted so I do like being close to the mirror. I think we all have "usual" things we do in our yoga class. We have a way that we approach certain poses, not always necessarily the correct way, but when we aren't present we fall into familiar habits. I had a wonderful class this morning, mostly thanks to Jane, who makes me happy, but also because I had to do things a little more consciously in my new spot!!!!
